Our Office Updates
After a year of having the games in our waiting room turned off, you are finally able to play them again while you wait for your appointment! Even though things are starting to go back to normal, our office is still requiring anyone 10 years old and up to wear a face mask into the office. This rule is still suggested by the CDC for any medical practices regardless of being fully vaccinated.
Currently, we are unable to accept any new patients. After the covid-19 shutdown we had one of our dentist decide to stay home to raise her 3 children. Dr. Iten has taken on her patients as well as his own, which means until we are able to find another pediatric dentist to take her place we will not be able to take any new patients. Please be aware that because of the Covid shutdown and losing one of our providers our schedules are booking in advance around 3-4 months. We apologize for this inconvenience and are hoping to be able to take on new patients in the future!
When we confirm your child/children's appointment 2 days prior, we will need to speak to you to go over our CDC questions. If we leave a message please call us back prior to the appointment to answer these questions. If you have tested positive for Covid-19, have been in contact with someone with it, or are currently in quarantine/stay at home order please let us know as soon as possible.
When you pull into our parking lot for your scheduled appointment please call our office at 419-522-5437 to let us know you’ve arrived. Our receptionist will then let you know if we are ready for you to come in for your appointment.
Due to the current Covid-19 CDC guidelines, our office is requiring anyone 10 years old and older to wear a face mask upon entering our waiting room. If you are unable to wear a face mask or do not have one, we kindly ask you to remain in the car during the duration of your child’s appointment.
The moment you and your child enter the waiting room, you’ll encounter a warm, friendly, and child-centered environment. As you continue into our clinical treatment area, you’ll find a bright and open space staffed with smiling faces. Your child will feel right at home.
When you call our Mansfield office, you’re not just helping your child get a brighter smile. You’re giving them the opportunity to connect with a caring staff committed to making great memories of going to the dentist.
The American Dental Association recommends scheduling your first dentist appointment for your child as early as 12 months old. Our team is excited to meet your child, no matter what age or stage they’re in! Call to schedule an appointment today!
